Had the best experience with a MSI laptop, firstly Jason is on the ball and quickly replies to email queries. Purchased and collected a MSI laptop within 2 hours of emailing him. Sadly the screen on the initial laptop had a slight defect, they gave me a new laptop the very next day. Now that is service you cannot beat!!!
